A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. We do not keep or log those search terms on our systems. The provider's privacy terms govern its processing.

If you send an email or contact message, we retain it as needed to answer. We do not share the message outside our organization unless the law requires disclosure.
